These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Calyxy is a smart home dashboard service that allows you to integrate and manage various third-party services including but not limited to calendar applications (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), task management systems, music streaming services (SoundCloud), and other productivity tools. The Service provides a customizable interface for viewing and managing your connected accounts and data.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
To use Calyxy, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Calyxy. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Free Trial and Subscription Terms
4.1 Free Trial
Calyxy offers a 7-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all features of the Service. If you do not upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial expires, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted 7 days after the trial ends. You will receive email notifications before your trial expires.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Calyxy integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft, etc.) using OAuth authentication. When you connect a third-party account, you grant Calyxy permission to access certain data from that service. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide the Service's features.
5.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services through Calyxy is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of those services. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms.
5.3 Data Access and Storage
When you connect a third-party account, we store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection. We may cache certain data (such as calendar events, tasks, and music playback information) to improve performance. You can disconnect any third-party account at any time through your account settings.
